Brittney Johnson is the CEO and founder of Fervent Financial LLC, a company dedicated to teaching, coaching, and empowering individuals and families to take control of their personal finances. Driven by her passion for financial literacy, Brittney focuses on essential topics such as budgeting, saving, debt reduction, and building emergency funds. Her mission is to equip everyday people and children with the knowledge and tools they need to achieve financial independence and stability. Brittney recognizes that many individuals lack fundamental money management skills, which often leads to cycles of financial mistakes and struggles. She has made it her life's work to break these cycles by providing clear, actionable guidance that helps her clients transform their financial futures. Pursuing her dream through Fervent Financial, Brittney is already making a meaningful impact on the lives of those she serves. Before founding Fervent Financial, Brittney had a distinguished career in the intelligence community and at KPMG. During this time, she managed multi-million-dollar budgets, audited various government agencies, and led process improvement initiatives. These experiences honed her expertise in financial management and strategic planning, which now serve as the foundation for her work as a financial coach and educator. Brittney’s passion for teaching has been a constant throughout her life. As a child, she taught her younger cousins to read, write, and solve math problems. Her parents instilled in her the value of budgeting early on by requiring her to plan how she would spend her allowance. These experiences sparked a lifelong interest in financial education and leadership. As a Student Ambassador in her youth, Brittney traveled the world promoting peace and using her leadership skills to inspire change. Over time, she began helping friends and family navigate financial challenges, solidifying her calling as a financial educator. Today, Brittney holds multiple certifications, including Certified Financial Education Instructor and Ramsey Solutions Master Financial Coach. She is also a Personal Finance Coach, a bookkeeper for small businesses, and the Director of Finance and Administration at Rain Fire Ministries International. Additionally, Brittney mentors young women in her community, fostering their personal and professional growth.
